Kirk began his career in Vancouver as a finishing carpenter that specialized in architectural millwork.
With over 20 years of industry experience, his career has progressed to include site supervision, project management and general contracting. Kirk has significant experience reviewing architectural and engineered drawings for tenant improvements.
Through collaboration with professional trades, designers, engineers, inspectors, leasing agents, etc., Kirk has completed numerous projects in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.
Lisa Gouveia
Director, Finance
Lisa has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of British Columbia where she majored in Accounting and Economics. After graduation, Lisa worked with accounting firms and the federal government, specializing in taxation, GST, and payroll.
To further her knowledge of the construction industry, Lisa has completed AutoCAD and Interior Design courses at NAIT as well as Construction Estimating and Construction Contract Law courses at the University of Alberta. Lisa has also completed the Fundamentals of Real Estate course through the Real Estate Council of Alberta and is eligible to trade in real estate in the province.
